In this Eucharistic Year of Mission, buoyed by the knowledge and love of Jesus, we are sent forth to walk with others as spiritual companions and serve those in need.
Speakers include: Father John Riccardo, Carrie Daunt, Sarah Swafford, Sister Mercedes Torres, Mary Guilfoyle, and music by The Vigil Project (whom we hosted last Lent). Jen Rice is ready to welcome and guide you through your day again!
We will carpool from St. B at 6:45 AM and sit together as a group.
Have you ever wondered why Jesus went into the wilderness? Some believe it was to reveal his divinity or to restore humanity’s relationship with God. In Wilderness Within, Sr. Josephine Garrett, a mental health counselor and popular speaker, reflects on the belief that Jesus went into the wilderness to rescue us! The Lord does not want us to view the wilderness as something that causes worry, anxiety, or fear.
This journal will guide you through the forty days with daily meditations, specially crafted illustrations, thought-provoking reflection questions, heartfelt prayers curated to uplift your spirit, and ample journaling space for personal revelations and insights. It’s about 2 pages of reading and reflection a day! A perfect pause in our days and easy to manage.
Morning (9-10:30) and evening (7-8:30) sessions are offered beginning 3/6 for 7 weeks (off Holy Week). Childcare is offered in the morning sessions. We will be ordering the book in bulk with a deep discount down to $7 each! Please register by February 21.
