Fr. Sean Dooley grew up at St. Nicholas Parish in Zanesville, the Y Bridge City. He attended the former St. Nicholas Grade School and is a 2006 graduate of Bishop Rosecrans High School. Fr. Dooley graduated from the Pontifical College Josephinum in 2010 with a degree in history and minor in philosophy, and from the School of Theology in 2015 with a Master in Divinity. His first assignment was as Parochial Vicar of the Four-County Consortium of Churches (St. Peter, Chillicothe; St. Colman of Cloyne, Washington Court House; St. Mary Queen of the Missions, Waverly, and St. Sylvester, Zaleski). In 2019, Fr. Dooley was appointed as the Pastor of Our Lady of Peace Parish and School in the Beechwold neighborhood. Fr. Dooley loves music, reading, history, philosophy, theology, spending time with family and friends, and has a passion for classic Volkswagens. (You might see him around Hilliard in his 1971 VW Super Beetle!) Fr. Dooley joined St. Brendan the Navigator Parish in July of 2024.
