St Brendan the Navigator in Hilliard, Ohio is seeking a Pastoral Associate, Adult Evangelization to plan and administer the evangelization, adult faith formation and OCIA efforts of our parish. The position supports the various ministries that share the evangelization and formation mission such as men's, women's, couples, and young adults ministries, Scripture studies, and evangelization events.  This position will report to and collaborate with the Director of Mission and Pastoral Care.

This part time, variable hours position will begin June 2025. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with a bachelors or masters degree in theology and experience developing and facilitating formation and evangelization programs. He or she should be an excellent communicator and collaborator to work supporting well-established ministries and their volunteers.
