St Brendan the Navigator in Hilliard, Ohio is seeking a Middle School Youth Minister to accompany students in grades 6-8 and their parents at the parish, including St Brendan School. At St Brendan, middle school ministry happens primarily in the context of The Roots and Aspen, our large group and small group gatherings. This position will be tasked with continuing and expanding these successful communities of middle school students. As well, there is an opportunity to gather and lead small groups with students at the parish school during the school day. This position will report to and collaborate with the Director of Youth Evangelization and Catechesis as part of the Evangelization and Catechesis team.
This full time, salaried position will begin July 1, 2025. An ideal candidate would be a practicing Catholic who possesses a degree in theology or catechetics and/or has recent ministry experience with youth and families. He or she must be able to recruit, lead, and offer Christian formation to a team. Just as vital is the ability to build relationships and minister to parents of middle schoolers.

St Brendan the Navigator in Hilliard, Ohio is seeking a Pastoral Associate, Adult Evangelization to plan and administer the evangelization, adult faith formation and OCIA efforts of our parish. The position supports the various ministries that share the evangelization and formation mission such as men's, women's couples, and young adults ministries, Scripture studies, and evangelization events. This position will report to and collaborate with the Director of Mission and Pastoral Care.
This part time, variable hours position will begin June 2025. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with a bachelors or masters degree in theology and experience developing and facilitating formation and evangelization programs. He or she should be an excellent communicator and collaborator to work supporting well-established ministries and their volunteers.
